Gill Howard-Larsen

Gill Howard-Larsen is a renewable energy leader with over 30 years of experience in development, M&A, financing, ownership and operations of renewable and thermal energy projects. Gill built and led the global technical advisory and Independent Engineering practice at UL Solutions (formerly AWS Truepower) for almost a decade, secured lender acceptance and positioned UL Solutions as a top 2 Independent Engineer in the Americas, leading a global team of ~300.

Gill has led the technical advisory and Independent Engineering for some of the largest wind portfolios in the US and globally. Gill spent the first 2 decades of her career as a project developer, led M&A, financing and contracts negotiation for renewables and gas-fired generation projects and portfolios. Gill has a BA and MA from Cambridge University and has completed executive education and London Business School and MIT.
