Nestor Castillo

Principal Engineer

Nestor Castillo has over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering and has been in renewable energy since 2008. He specializes in utility scale wind, solar, and BESS technical due diligence. Previously, Nestor has worked at OWC, UL Solutions, Texas Reliability Entity, DNV (formerly GL Garrad Hassan). He holds a BSEE from the University of Illinois and is a professional engineer in Texas and Illinois.
